According to a Report by Digital marketing firms ExactTarget and CoTweet, there are 5 types of personas that we ought to targer- The Megaphone, The Open Book, The Social Butterfly, The Business First and The Enthusiast.

The report is certainly an interesting read. While the data and profile are US centric, I am sure the Indian social media user is no different. I am hoping Indian Social Media Marketers will take notice of such reports and do some delving and probing of their own and come out with relevant insights.
