I usually refrain from ranting on the web just because it is so easy. In this instance however the idea is to just forewarn people. It is easy to fall prey to companies who promise right but do not deliver. On this account, Tikona (www.tikona.in) certainly takes the cake. They never installed the service on time. You have to be lucky to get through their call center and mails to customer service take their own sweet time to come back. It is surprising how companies cannot get their basics right in this age and time. I would heartily recommend Tikona to my worst enemies and people who intensely love lot of pain.
